Total cost to build was about $60 per square foot including all site preparation work
and extensive heavy-duty concrete paving.

and rescue training building completed in 1999.

Dedicated "confined space" areas including an elevator shaft
Approximately 3,500 square feet total on 3 "residential" floors plus an
additional "commercial" tower complete with a stand-pipe system and sprinklers.
Total cost to build was about $280,000 including site preparation work and erection
costs.
3 Separate burn areas: 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic to simulate fire extension, just
as it would be in a real structure.
This facility is available to ANY public safety agency in the area at NO CHARGE for use
in training (high-angle, confined space, live fire, etc.)
